Star Wars VII – The Force Awakens Movie Review

Stormtrooper, Jedi, Darth Vader, Obi-wan, Skywalker, Yoda, if any of these words make any sense to you then you’re going to be quite a happy guy/girl! Millions of Star Wars fans have been living in the memory of one of the most epic sagas to have graced the cinema screens & we understand the uncontrollable excitement you’re experiencing right now, and the high expectations you have from the new movie that’s just hit the cinema screens. There has been an awakening, have you felt it? The wait for Star Wars – The Force Awakens is finally over as the new series aims to re-capture the magic that made George Lucas’ original franchise so popular.

I’m not going to leak any spoilers here, since I love Star Wars too much to ruin it for a fellow fan, but know this –YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS THIS MOVIE. The movie brings great balance to the Star Wars franchise and is a great mix of some of the old familiar faces as well as the fresh blood that breathes new life into the series. The war is not over, and the evil forces of the first order are overpowering the resistance. This is an age where Jedi’s are considered a myth, and so is the force. There are new heroes, Rey, Poe and Finn as well as the good old duo of Han Solo and Chewie.

Much like the previous franchises, the ace super villain is a Jedi gone Dark. Following in his grandfather Darth Vader’s footsteps Ren, the master of the dark Knights is shown with a brilliant red light saber and a display of force never seen before. He does find his match in the movie however, and is faced with the powers of the light that have freshly awakened.

The Resistance and First Order are both after a secret map that leads to a certain Luke Skywalker who has gone missing since the war.

Be sure to be amazed with the ambers flying from light sabres and X ships blazing in the sky. Star Wars VII is here!
